Welcome to Knowledge Generation, the independent consultancy and coaching business I founded in 2004.

My wider interest in organizations, and my special focus on knowledge, communication and collaboration, originates in my first career as a political scientist, where I was specialising in micro-politics in organizations. During my later work in Higher Education, Research and Membership organizations, my interest in, and passion for, organizations and their people remained crucial for me.

As an accomplished interviewer, group facilitator and coach, I am experienced in working with organizations and individuals.

The current key aim of my work is supporting people and organizations in discovering what they know and how knowledge, wisdom and skills can be used more efficiently.
